Hi, I’m Chloe. I started SUNBAG after a disastrous girls' trip to Miami. We parked at South Beach, hit the waves, and came back to a car that felt like a sauna. My favorite canvas tote had a huge heat stain, my lip balm was liquid, and my expensive sunscreen was separating. Why wasn't there a bag designed to handle the heat?

As a Florida native, I knew we needed something better. I tested dozens of thermal-lined fabrics in my garage. Most looked bulky or felt like camping gear. Finally, I found a lightweight, UPF-protective weave that keeps the inside cool without looking like a cooler.
